Black Women Disrupt is an initiative designed to break
paradigms of poverty, inequality and exclusion of Black communities in the Americas and across the African diaspora. By placing Black women at the center of our approach, BWD unlocks untapped talent and resources, and harnesses entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology to foster sustainable growth and global recognition for Black women.
Our Vision
We want to see Black women entrepreneurs inspired by one another and the images they see in the mirror, challenging one another to succeed; co-creating instead of competing and working together across borders to transform the societies in which we live.
